Paul Moran is a Partner at Polachi, the leading provider of access executive search services to technology, clean tech, venture capital and private equity firms.  Paul has been in the executive search profession since 1987 and has been a partner at the world’s two largest search firms (Heidrick & Struggles and Korn Ferry International) as well as leading boutique firms including Fenwick Partners and Taylor Winfield.

Paul’s responsibilities include the execution and direction of a comprehensive search process starting with research strategy, candidate development, position and person specification through final candidate selection and offer.

Paul specializes in executive level assignments in the high-technology industry and has successfully completed numerous searches in sales, marketing, general management, finance, engineering and professional services for clients ranging from emerging growth technology companies through multinational corporations.

Paul holds a Bachelors degree in Marketing from Marist College.
