About Our Team: Patricia Kilian

Patricia joined Polachi in 2007 along with Partner Brigid Siegel with whom she has worked closely for several years in the high technology practice area. She was a Consultant Director at Brigid Siegel Associates and a Senior Associate at The Onstott Group. She is responsible for the research strategy, candidate development and communication with the client throughout the entire search process for her team.

Patricia entered the executive search business from an earlier career as an attorney specializing in employment law in both public and private practice. She was an associate in the law firm of Kilian and Lentine and served as Deputy Director for Civil Rights at the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority.

Patricia holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Emmanuel College and a Juris Doctorate degree from Suffolk University Law School.
