Lauren Pelletier is a Associate at Polachi, the leading provider of Access Executive Search™ services to technology, clean tech, venture capital and private equity clients.

Lauren joined Polachi in 2007 as a Research Associate. Supporting multiple partners, she contributes to the development and implementation of the search strategy and participates in the entire search cycle. Prior to joining Polachi, she was the Operations Manager at Venator Partners. Her earlier experience includes positions as an event coordinator, and the Management Training Program at Enterprise Rent-A-Car.

Lauren holds a Bachelor's of Arts Degree in psychology from Boston College.
