Karen Burke D'Agostino is a Partner at Polachi, the leading provider of Access Executive Search™ services to technology, clean tech, venture capital and private equity clients. Karen specializes in recruiting senior executives for private equity and venture capital firms, as well as building the executive teams of their portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Polachi, Karen served as a managing partner for ChampionScott Partners where she focused on high technology and venture capital. Before that, Karen was a Managing Director in the Private Equity/Venture Capital practice of Korn/Ferry International, where she worked directly with private equity/venture capital firms to recruit senior level investment professionals for their partnerships, as well as operating managers for their diverse portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Korn/Ferry, Karen was a vice president with Mazza & Riley, a boutique executive recruiting firm specializing in private equity/venture capital searches that was acquired by Korn/Ferry in 1996. Earlier in her career Karen worked for the Harvard Management Company, where she was responsible for the recruitment of investment professionals and administrative support staff.

Karen earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Connecticut.
