Carol is a Sr. Associate at Polachi, the leading provider of Access Executive Search™ services to technology, clean tech, venture capital and private equity clients. Carol joined our team in 2007 and is responsible for the research strategy, candidate development and communication with clients throughout the entire search process.

Prior to joining Polachi, Carol was an Associate at Nagler, Robins & Poe and before that Gustin Partners, both high-technology-focused executive search firms in the Boston area. Her career in executive search began at the New York office of Russell Reynolds Associates where she worked on a variety of searches in the financial services, industrial and retail and apparel practices for the firm.

Before entering the executive search field, Carol was a Program Officer at the Japan Society in New York, and was a consultant to Talbots, a women's specialty retailer, which had been acquired by a Japanese retailer, JUSCO. Carol also spent two years in Japan teaching English at Notre Dame Seishin University. She graduate Phi Beta Kappa from Trinity College and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree. She spent one year of study at Oxford University.
