Beth Barton is an Analyst at Polachi, the leading provider of Access Executive Search™ services to technology, clean tech, venture capital and private equity clients.

Beth joined Polachi in 2007 as an Executive Assistant. In the Analyst role, Beth supports multiple partners, contributes to the development and implementation of the search strategy and particpates in the entire search cycle. She also collaborates on marketing strategy and implementation.

Prior to joining Polachi, Beth served as the Director of the Children's Museum at Holyoke. In this role she had responsibility for Human Resources, Education and Marketing.

Beth holds a Bachelor's of Arts Degree in Biology from Mount Holyoke College in South Hadley, Massachusetts.
