Quantia QuantiaMd, the largest online physician community and collaboration platform hired us to recruit a President. We got them Mike Coyne from Verisk Health where he was CEO; he was appointed CEO of QuantiaMD 5 months later in a planned succession with the founder who remained as Executive Chairman.

Dydacomp a Parsippany, New Jersey based market leader in solving the business automation needs of fulfillment centers and marketers, needed a new sales leader for the US & UK. We recruited Mark Brandwein from Infragistics to the lead the change.

zink Zink Imaging , a Boston based venture capital backed company is the inventor of the ZINK® Technology and the manufacturer of the award-winning ZINK Paper® based on research done by Dr. Land and the Polaroid organization. When  they need an experienced global CFO with strong manufacturing experience we recruited David Piercethe CFO from Neurotherm.
payoneer Payoneer an Israeli based global E- payments company needed a CFO to work with the newly hired CEO in New York City. We found them Mike Levine who was the President of Xact Technologies in Manhattan.
Plumchoice, a Billerica based provider of white label IT outsourced support and software needed and EVP of Worldwide Sales. We recruited Jim Williams from Bonita Springs, FL where he was formerly with Top Layer Security which he helped sell to Corero.

33Across, a New York City based next generation online advertising technology company was in search of a CRO to scale the sales organization. We found Matt Arkin, the VP CRO from Sojern in the Bay Area.


Asset Control, a provider of financial data managment solutions and services based in London and New York City, and backed by Volition Capital, needed a GM to lead its new Saas business targeted at 2nd and 3rd tier financial institutions. We recruited the GM of the Finserve practice for Fast Search and Transfer, now part of Microsoft. Asset Control also needed a strong operational software executive to add to their Board. We helped them recruit Dean Goodermote, the former CEO of Doubletake. Dean has taken two software companies through the IPO process on NASDAQ and led three others to successful mergers. He has considerable operational expertise and an impressive track record of repeat success in building value at software companies. He was named Executive Chair of the Board recently.


Brainloop, a Munich headquartered leading provider of software solutions for high-security collaboration and distribution of confidential documents across multiple companies, needed a senior executive to run their US operations. We recruited Paul Hands from Brainshark to be VP Americas, and is based in their Cambridge offices.


Datalogix, a Colorado based consumer data business which provides online advertisers with consumer targeting information, needed a GM to run the CPG practice. Although NYC was preferred, location was less important. We recruited an SVP from Niel based in Chicago.


Intronis Technologies, a Boston based, series A funded, $6 million backup and recovery company, needed a CEO to replace the technical founder. Polachi recruited serial entrepreneur,  Kent Plunkett who previously took his bootstrapped company public and then successfully selling it to Kenexa Corporation. When Intronis needed a world class VP of Technical Support we found them Richard Burnett from Progress Software who fit the needs of the organization precisely.


HealthPlan One, a Connecticut based exchange for individual health insurance, needed someone to drive revenue with large payers. We recruited Jim Pugliese, an industry veteran formerly from Oxford Health.


Healthrageous a Boston based series A funded company recently spun out of Partners Healthcare, was looking for a VP Engineering. Polachi was able to recruit Arnie Greenfield from Brainshark. He had both the engineering and analytics background needed to lead their development team.

Medco, a Franklin Lakes, NJ based Fortune 50 company was in the midst of revamping its entire technology platform. The CTO wanted a partner to evangelize the IT strategy across the entire organization. Polachi recruited one of Microsoft’s Enterprise strategists, Keith Blizzard who moved from Virgina.

NxStage Medical was going through a planned transition of their Board of Directors as the company’s needs evolved from having financial and capital raising expertise to more industry and high-growth company experience following its very successful IPO.   Polachi led a highly successful search, canvassing the Healthcare IT segment throughout the US, resulting in Nancy Ham, CEO of MedVentive and previously  Sentillion, Proximed, and WebMD.

Send the Trend, a NYC-based eCommerce start-up, needed to hire its first technology leader to bring the technology in house and build a scalable online retail  platform. We recruited Abi Sachdeva from Rent the Runway where he was the first technology hire and built their platform.

True Fit Corporation, a Boston based exciting retail technology firm which had just completed its A round of financing, partnered with Polachi to find a VP Engineering. We successfully recruited Jeff Putz from Lattice Engines and also Jeff Stauffer to be their CTO.


Veracode, a venture backed company focused on helping organizations to identify and manage application security risk, needed an SVP of Engineering and Operations. Polachi was able to recruit the Vice President of Digital Strategy from Iron Mountain, a $3B public company.


Lilliputian was at a critical juncture in the delivery of their fuel cell batteries to a high volume manufacturing environment and needed a Senior Director of Packaging who understood their complex and unique packaging issues. We recruited Gary Ainsworth of Corning as well as a Director of Advanced Technology Projects, Allyson Hartzell of Boston Micromachines Corporation.


ShapeUpTheNation, a Providence, RI based start-up company operating at the intersection of social networking and health & wellness programs, needed a CTO to lead the technology development and product management functions.  We worked with the company’s CEO-led search team to identify, select and attract Erik Hjortshoj from a slate of well-qualified candidates on a search that took 99 days from start to finish.  Erik was previously the founding CTO of American Well Systems and had earlier been a key part of several emerging growth software companies.

Konarka, the leading technology provider in the field of organic photovoltaics and thin-film solar solutions based in Lowell, MA, was emerging from the technology development phase into full-scale commercialization and needed a key executive to establish and build its worldwide Sales and Marketing organization.  Polachi recruited Ken McCauley from Earthsponse in New Jersey.  With years of experience in the microelectronics, nanotechnology, and solar industry segments, Ken emerged as the ideal candidate to lead the introduction of Konarka’s technology across a wide range of market categories.


Appsense, a UK software company that relocated its headquarters to New York City, needed a Head of Marketing for the US.  Leveraging the Access Search Partners platform, we hired David Burton from Algosec and Checkpoint to lead and build the marketing team out of Appsense’s Silicon Valley office.


Rogerscasey, a private equity backed financial consulting firm, needed a financially-oriented partner for the CEO in order to scale the business.  We recruited John Ferrara, former CFO of Edgar Online, to be COO.

Channel Advisor, a Raleigh, North Carolina based, venture backed e-commerce solutions, software and services company hired Polachi to recruit and hire a VP Engineering with strong SAAS experience. We recruited Tat NG from Rivermine Software in Fairfax, Virginia.
