Brian Flynn is a Partner at Polachi, the leading provider of Access Executive Search services to technology, life sciences, clean tech, venture capital and private equity clients.

Brian has over seventeen years of executive recruiting experience, having focused on CEO, COO, CFO, CMO and most VP level positions in industrial, consumer and technology companies.  He has conducted numerous recruiting assignments in the areas of manufacturing operations, industrial products, telecommunications, emerging technology and consumer companies ranging in size from start-up to Fortune 150.

Brian spent over five years with Korn/Ferry International's Boston office as Managing Director in the Advanced Technology and Industrial practices.  From 1999 to 2000 Brian served as a Vice President at Internet Capital Group, where he worked closely with ICG investors to recruit top talent into ICG, as well as senior management teams for their portfolio companies. 

Brian's earliest experience includes executive recruitment for a boutique search firm, where he worked closely with technology clients with operations in the United States and Europe.  Brian was also involved with the development of the company's Eastern European practice focusing on telecommunication searches. Other experience includes management consulting for German corporations with US subsidiaries that required market studies and/or senior management assistance.

A veteran of the US Army, Brian holds an MBA from Northeastern University and a BA with a concentration in political science from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
